Hebel AAC Firewalls

Hebel AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete) panels were selected for the firewalls in the Brisbane Inner City Bypass Tunnel. Hebel was selected for its ability to provide the required fire rating to the tunnel's structural concrete elements in the event of a significant event resulting from a vehicular accident. As a result of Fenco's long term relationship with CSR and with the considerable experience gained from utilising the product in noise barriers Fenco were the preferred installer on this project.
